CuoreSoft

A Data-to-report formatting bridge for cardiac MRI: import Data exports from any analysis software, map them into your site's report template, and produce clinician-editable output for documentation workflows.

Cardiac MRI Import & Report Formatting

CuoreSoft reads File exports from any cardiac MRI analysis software. Flexible to work with all major platforms, and transfers the contained fields into a structured report template that matches your department's documentation standards.

Flexible XML Import

Imports XML exports from any cardiac MRI analysis software, compatible with all major platforms. Validates completeness of required fields before mapping to your report template.

Template Field Mapping

Maps fields to your template including headings, section order, labels, and language variants to match your department's documentation standards.

Clinician-Editable Output

Generates a formatted report optimized for clinician review and editing. The final report remains fully clinician-editable prior to sign-off.

Traceable by Design

The report content can be linked back to the originating XML export and template version used at creation time (clinic-controlled). Our internal metadata store maintains:

  • Link to originating Data export file
  • Template version used at creation time
  • Timestamp and user information for audit purposes
  • Optional local metadata export for integration

Captures local workflow metadata (optional) and supports export for integration with downstream systems.

Metadata Store 10:23:15 - Dr. Smith entered LV EDV: 142 mL Source: Manual entry from cvi42 analysis 10:24:02 - System formatted report section Template: Standard LV Function v2.1 10:31:45 - Report exported as PDF Destination: Patient record #2024-1847 Complete audit trail maintained internally

What It Is Not

CuoreSoft has clear boundaries. Here's what the software does not do:

Not an Imaging Analysis Tool

CuoreSoft does not perform segmentation, raw-image processing, or generate medical measurements from imaging data. It only formats data already produced by upstream analysis software.

Not a Replacement for Analysis Software

CuoreSoft is not a replacement for the upstream analysis software that generates the XML. It reads existing XML exports; it does not create them.

Not an Auto-Completion Engine

CuoreSoft is not an auto-completion or summarization engine that selects "key findings" from narrative text. It maps structured fields to templates without interpretation.

No External Data Transmission

Patient data and metadata remain within your institution's clinic-controlled infrastructure. CuoreSoft operates on-premises with no external data sharing.

These clear boundaries ensure CuoreSoft remains a focused formatting tool. The UI/outputs do not include automatic impression generation, abnormal/normal flags, or guideline-driven statements.
